Caterers, Restaurants, and Food Providers!
Stemming from Membership input, the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce
Board of Directors has elected to open up the catering for our Chamber Monthly
Breakfasts to ALL Chamber Members.
This gives YOU the opportunity to gain exposure for your business
and possibly make a few bucks in doing so.
The Chamber will provide a $250 stipend to the host business for up to 50 people to use for
purchasing and preparing food and coffee. You will receive a tentative head
count the Friday before a Tuesday Breakfast (2nd Tuesday of the Month).

Expectations of Food & Beverage
Quality
This is an opportunity, for current Chamber Members, to showcase YOUR food and style. Breakfast can be an elaborate spread
of delicacies, home-style cooking, or pastries and coffee. All we require is that you have the
proper permits to legally prepare the food and that it is ready by 7:15 am at
the Sherwood Police Station, or other location as determined.
Please be mindful that there may be those
in attendance with special dietary restrictions and that having items that
cater to organic, gluten-free, vegan requirements, etc. are encouraged. If
possible please label and prepare items with these things in mind.
Additionally,
Chamber Members have an expectation that coffee will be served with
Breakfast. If you do not have the means to have coffee, the stipend can
be adjusted to purchase coffee at a Chamber Member location.
Presentation
The presentation of the food and type of service (ala carte or
served) is entirely up to you! If
you want to decorate the table please feel free.
The Chamber does not own its own linens, serving silverware,
plates, cups, etc. so if that is something that you need please let us know so
that we can try and arrange to borrow or purchase needed items.
Caterer Provides:
- Delivery and/or
coordination of delivery of Breakfast items at 7:05 a.m. on their assigned
date to the Sherwood Police Station (
- Provide food, condiments,
coffee, (water is provided), serving utensils, plates, napkins, linens,
and cutlery to accommodate to approximately 50 people (or the headcount as
determined prior to the breakfast).
Chamber Provides:
- $250 Stipend- unless
otherwise adjusted for larger headcount or coffee purchase
